Have you ever experienced times when you go through just one bad thing after another? When it seems like the world is out to get you? When things go wrong no matter what you do?
You are not alone. Bad things happen to all of us, but If we concentrate in the darkness, we will never find the light!
It's almost impossible to go through life without experiencing some kind of failure. People who try do so, probably live so cautiously that they go nowhere. To tell the truth, they're not really living at all.
The wonderful thing about failure is that it's entirely up to us to decide how to look at it.
We can choose to see failure as "the end of the world," or as proof of just how inadequate we are. Or, we can look at it as a learning experience that often is. Every time we fail at something, we can choose to look for the lesson we're meant to learn. These lessons are very important; they're how we grow, and how we keep from making that same mistake again. It took me a long time to understand that failures stop us only if we let them.
Most of us will stumble and fall in life. Doors will get slammed in our faces, and we might make some bad decisions… but think of the opportunities we’ll miss if we let the fear of failure stop us!
Believe you can overcome your problems and discover how strong a person you are. I know it’s difficult to stay positive, but in our darkest times, we can find unexpected motivation to succeed.
We spend hours and hours dwelling and ruminating on the negative and fearful things in our lives. We worry about what could go wrong, instead of focusing and paying attention to the positive and the good. We should train ourselves to focus on thoughts that will move us forward in the right direction. Read one positive statement to yourself every day -- and dwell on it.
Remember, it’s temporary. One way or another, we get through it. Every situation has a conclusion. Even if it’s not the conclusion we wanted, at least it will be over, and we can start from there. And, if we have to rebuild some aspect of our life, we will probably do it better and faster than we did the last time.
I believe that everything that happens in life, has a seed of positive change, we just have to look for it.
