Communication With Spirit
Once you have developed your gift to talk to spirit you think it would all be plain sailing but it is not. You have a great gift and now a great responsibility for yourself, spirit and the people you communicate with. You know that there are many positive and caring spirit messengers but like us on the earth plain there are a few negative ones too. Communication with these spirits will not be an easy task, they bring stress, torment and a feeling on discomfort for you, so you know they mean mischief for the recipient of the messages they are bringing. These negative spirits will approach you during times of dilemma, or if they know you are still honing your skills use your discretion at these times and ensure you protect yourself every time you contact spirit.
Don’t be alone either; join circles or meditation groups to help you perfect your skills. But check out your groups, make sure you feel comfortable and loved when you are there. Don't let anyone try to coerce you into doing practices you are not happy with, demand your obedience or not consider any way but theirs.
Check out the rest of your life too! Have other interests and make sure you are in touch with people who do want readings or contact via you. Be appreciated for yourself and take good care of yourself, as contact with spirit can be tiring. If you feel ill it’s not a good time to try to contact spirit as this weakness can attract negative spirits.
You attract what you emanate remember the law of attraction well that works with spirits too. If you are send out fear, anger or sadness you will find spirits who bring that energy will find you as quickly as the more pure forms of spirit. They will see you as an easy way to make themselves known and communicate with you to pass on their energy. If you protect yourself with white and golden light first, and if you enter into a state of love and light, you will not be on the same plane as these negative spirits, they simply will not be able to reach you.
Learn to read auras so you can see who is coming to, you with negative energy, if you read for them you will have a good idea of what they may be attracting, so it’s always good to have your protection even greater level and your boundaries with spirit very strict. If you find an earth bound spirit make sure you either know how to send them into the light or know someone who can help you, they are often negative spirits who are lost here and not where they should be.
But don't worry these spirits are rare and you will spend most of your time with the pure positive loving spirits who want to help us all, just remember , love & light, protection and self care and they will not bother you.
