Christmas is just around the corner, and now it is time to take a break in order to release all the negativity that we accumulated throughout the year, and fill our hearts with peace, love and happiness.
Nurture your feelings of hope, and live the holiday spirit by being nicer to others than usual, or being more patient with people around you. Do your best in order to forgive others that have wronged you in the past, and also give yourself permission to feel the emotions and process them.
Do not bottle up any pain, because negativity is depressing in many ways, physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
Celebrate Christmas by forgiving yourself and being compassionate with your feelings. Live in the moment, and give yourself time to heal. Remember that nobody is perfect in order to love and receive love from others.
