More important than connecting with others effectively, is to learn to connect to ourselves, listen to our inner wisdom and acknowledge who we really are in a deeper level. Self discovery can lead us to spiritual awareness, and boost our personal power. What is important to understand when we talk about inner wisdom, is that we are talking about something that is not rational, we are trying to reach our emotions deep inside, and find the peace that we need, in order to move forward with our lives.
In my point of view, inner wisdom is the opposite of ego. It is a peaceful understanding of our true self. It allows us to understand our emotions, and live the life that is right for us. It’s about taking time to nurture that inner voice that knows what feels right and what feels wrong. It’s embracing the silence and letting it lead us to a path where we can uncover ourselves, and reveal many things that is beyond our rational and conscious mind.
Embracing our inner wisdom it’s the wonderful journey of practicing mindfulness and embracing our feelings, and opening ourselves to truly listen, feel and acknowledge the source of our soul. Our ego/rational mind is judgmental, shallow and mean. Inner wisdom is peaceful, comfortable and assuring.
Practicing inner wisdom is understanding the true nature of your soul by paying attention to the silence of your mind. When you spend time developing the power of your wonderful soul, you can find an infinite source of peace and wholeness.
