Do you ever feel like you are stuck? Maybe you’re stuck in a boring job that pays the bills, but doesn’t give you any joy. Maybe you’re stuck because you can’t make a decision about starting a new business, changing the focus of your current business, or doing something altogether different with your life than you have ever done before. Life is always throwing us surprises, our lives are part of this seasonal pattern of endings and beginnings. If you are looking for changes in life, you need to be sure of what you want. Your intention has to be clear and focused.

The human mind is filled with desires, wishes, dreams, and memories, and there are many things that we can do in order to channel our emotions and move forward in life. It’s important to feel in control, and have confidence in your own abilities if you want to be successful. Before making any decision, you should ask yourself what you could do in order to feel more empowered, and find ways to listen to your intuition, so you can pay attention to your heart’s desires.

If something isn’t making you happy or getting the results you wanted, instead of ditching it immediately, spend some time thinking about what would need to happen to make it work for you, and then, prioritise things in your life. Stop doing some of the least important things, the things that really don’t matter that much to you. Reconnect with your essence, and to identify your ideal self. Make a mental picture of who you would like to be, then, write down all your ideal traits. This is the first step to start living a life that is true to your values. Consider if you could be a better friend, a better sibling, a better child, a better parent and a better partner.

It is very important to accept, and also love yourself. Value every part and aspect of yourself. Accepting yourself and your circumstances is important to your happiness, and contributes to your process of moving forward. Keep in mind that getting rid of what is unnecessary in your life is also important. Stop sweating the small stuff, and focus on your goals.

When you have deep knowledge of who you are, and what you want to do with your life, you can count on it as a legitimate and necessary source of direction. When you are sure of the decisions you make, you are able to shift your focus from the problems that you are facing, and avoid worrying about the unknown. Getting out of your comfort zone may seem overwhelming and daunting, but if you give yourself a chance to wrap our head around what’s happening, and what you’ll need to do, you can block the source of unnecessary fear, and focus on a positive outcome.

Choose to do what you feel is best for you. Listening to and acting on your instincts, combined with knowledge of your situation allows you the opportunity to move forward in life. Your intuition can help you to find the right path, but it takes patience, practice and a willingness for self-discovery. Your success is the result of making a number of smart choices, and it also comes from leaving your comfort zone. Find what you are passionate about: without passion, you're destined for failure.

Trust that you hold all the answers. If you are confident in yourself, you automatically begin to feel safe, and you will be able to better cope with anxiety during a breaking point. Don't put yourself under pressure, and avoid setting high expectations: you have to know yourself well enough to know what you want, what you realistically can do, and make plans about how you will accomplish your goals. Prioritise your physical health and emotional wellbeing, and find ways to relax and focus on things you enjoy.

You shouldn't give up if something feels difficult. Sometimes we know what we want to do, but we don’t know what to stop doing to get there. Ask yourself what you should do to accomplish your goals and what you are meant to do to be successful, so you will feel confident in your choices. Let go of your fears, fear can make you feel stuck forever, but faith can bring you many blessings.
