Spiritual Relationship

If we have a great relationship how do we make it better? How do we make a spiritual relationship?
A spiritual relationship starts when you and your partner are working towards personal growth together. Together you decide on what you want to develop as individuals and as a couple, when you are totally committed to helping, supporting and loving each other throughout the journey – the good and the bad bits!
You are both clear that you have security and support and are now ready to move on to a more spiritual level by both becoming more enlightened together. You are both striving for things beyond money, reward and vanity.
Although you are working towards this goal both of you are aware that you are individuals and are working on being a more spiritual person all the time, even when you are apart. You and your partner are working on improving your self esteem and self respect; you are able to give yourself everything you need. As part of this both of you know that you are not joined at the hip, you have separate relationships, hobbies and careers coming together again to develop further refreshed by the separation.
No subject is taboo between you and all lines of communication are open all the time. There is no manipulation, judgement or fear in your communications and both of you have let go of your insecurities. Even when you disagree it is done with respect and can even be a learning experience for you both.
Forgiveness is a key part of your relationship, errors and mistakes are human and you both accept that these will be part of your journey together. Both of you are willing to admit your mistakes and to apologize and really mean that ‘sorry’ too.
Although you are both working together on spiritual growth, you both accept each other as you are, with no wishes to change your partner into anything or anyone else. You will be with them every step of the way to growth but you accept them if they succeed or fail.
Celebration, laughter and joy run through your relationship and you both want to make each other happy. Your joy for life is catching.
Good luck
