Guardian Angel

Everyone has a guardian angel, everyone guaranteed! This is the angel who constantly stays with you, from birth until your death. This angel's love for you is unconditional and constant. Your guardian angel makes certain you are safe and guided to fulfil your potential.
Angels are higher beings or beings of light sent to help us, our guardian angel is here just for you but you can call on any other angel or archangel if you want a particular kind of help – you don’t even need to know their name. For example if you are looking for love an angel called Mihr helps bring people together.
But it’s our guardian angel we turn to first on most cases and it is so easy to get in contact with them. Put on peaceful relaxing music and burn essential oils – angels love jasmine. Light a white candle, take a deep breath and feel your feet on the floor imagine they have golden roots to the centre of the earth. From those roots visualise a golden light surrounding you running through your heart out the top of your head and back to your feet, once you are surrounded by this golden light relax and breathe into it.
Nice as it is to stay in this peaceful state it’s time to move on, imagine a door, a magnificent one with ornate carvings or a simple door it’s up to you. Open the door and step through, you may see colours, people buildings its does not matter, now is the time to ask for the advice or help you need. Be aware of any feelings, names or colours you get back, this is tour answer. You may even see your guardian angel or be told their name, you may feel their wings around you all of these will bring you comfort or answers to your dilemma.
Once you are happy to leave say thank you to your guardian angel and go back through the door you came in, feel your feet on the floor and slowly come back in the room.
But remember in times of danger or fear all you have to do is ask for the immediate help you need.
