Usui Reiki Sessions:
Reiki channels universal life energy known as prana, ki, qi, or chi, the same energy associated with Tai chi and Chi gong exercise. Reiki aims to balance and alleviate stagnant energy in the body, especially where there has been mental, physical, or emotional stress, injury or pain.
Chakra Balancing:
Chakras are energetic centres absorbing, processing, and returning energy to all life around us. With every given circumstance we face, we use our energy to respond to them positively or negatively, which can result in chakra centres becoming blocked, underactive or overactive.
Tarot card readings:
The seventy-eight Tarot cards reflect the spiritual paths and lessons we all need to learn and master in our lives; so, when we consult the Tarot, we open this knowledge that allows us the opportunity to step back, take a breath, and make more mindful choices for a more meaningful and purpose-filled life.
